Official Opening - Centre Stage
Peter Fisk, best-selling author and marketing guru who has managed brands such as Concorde and launched innovations with Virgin, will talk on how the new generation of businesses are game-changers. They think bigger, are more diversified, and seize opportunities to change and redefine markets in their own vision, and engage audiences in more relevant and inspiring ways. These game-changers win through ambition and innovation rather than legacy and scale, out-thinking the competition, focusing on the growth markets, and embracing technology in more human ways. With purpose and passion, they design and create, connect and collaborate, enable and enrich. Peter will focus on how these companies embrace the power of brands and networks to build markets as movements, business models that are sustainable and profitable, and make a positive difference to people’s lives.
So the question is: are you ready to be a game-changer?

From MAAS to TAAS
Mobility as a Service is an emerging concept set to bring together various forms of ground transportation into a single platform (e.g. one pay, one payment, one ticket). The current focus is to solve the problem of urban mobility but fast forward a few years and it could get expanded to include business travel: travel as a service! Changes in distribution and technology are opening up new opportunities with OBTs, Payment providers, TMCs and suppliers themselves building solutions that aggregate other providers content. So, who will be the travel manager’s perfect partner for TAAS and what does this mean in terms of transparency and productivity?
