Are you a first-time attendee, have you recently transitioned into the business travel sector, or are you a returning professional?  We invite you to Connect First with your fellow attendees, seasoned leaders, and GBTA community

We want you to make the most of your Conference experience. It’s important to GBTA that you have the tools and knowledge to begin a strong relationship with the business travel community.

We encourage anyone to use these resources and connection opportunities to ensure that your Conference experience will be a successful and memorable one. Morning Running & Walking Tours  – Made Possible by Go Running Tours 

Start your day the active way with a guided morning run or brisk walk through Hamburg, departing from the CCH – Congress Center. Choose from a 3 km walk, 5 km (6 min/km), or 7 km (5:30 min/km) run. Enjoy networking, fresh air, and cultural insights as the city wakes up around you.  

Education Sessions

Education Sessions are a staple at GBTA Conferences and provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about new developments, best practices, and industry trends from leading experts in their field. The conference agenda will be packed with education sessions across both days.

This year, we will also have a dedicated German track, and Wordly will be available to translate all sessions. On-demand access will be available after the conference, so don’t worry if you want to attend multiple sessions at the same time you won’t miss a thing.

The Big Night Out is the highly anticipated networking event of the conference! Join your fellow attendees off-site for an after-hours event to relax, have fun, and hang out!

Join us at 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM for breakfast in the Expo, where exhibitors will reconnect and showcase new services and products with business travel professionals . Buyers and suppliers will have ample opportunity for face-to-face meetings,  to maintain industry relationships, forge new ones, and discover new business opportunities.
