Albena is a procurement specialist, business travel expert and a strong advocate for designing and implementing sustainable travel programs for the modern business traveller. 

Albena is a Board Member of the Danish Business Travel Association (DBTA). She is member of GBTA Sustainability Committee as well as part of GSTC Business Travel Working Group – the latter aiming to enable GSTC to address the specialized needs and opportunities in the corporate travel market, while ensuring the relevance of GSTC sustainability criteria. Further to that, Albena has been participated in BT4Europe Sustainability Working Group and helped with the elaboration of Position Paper on Sustainability in Business Travel, issued on Sep 6^th 2022.

Albena is a holder of Danish Business Travel Association (DBTA) Recognition Award 2019.
