  • Yes, all sessions are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I sign up for education sessions and/or create a schedule?

  • Via My Conference Planner. Please note that adding a session to your Conference Planner does not guarantee you a seat in that session.

Attendees can search Education Sessions by track, type, speakers or keywords and plan their Conference experience via My Conference Planner or the Mobile App.

Moving Time

Again, we have allocated ‘Moving Time’ into the conference agenda to enable all participants adequate time to get to where they need to be without missing out on any education or valuable networking time.

My Conference Planner

Using advanced planning tools, attendees can plan their Conference experience by creating a schedule of exhibitors they’ll visit on the Expo floor to education and events they will attend. In addition, attendees can make confirmed appointments with exhibitors. This customized online schedule can be synched to Outlook calendars and the Mobile App.

GBTA in Europe is built on a network of established European association partners.

To join GBTA in Europe, and reside in a country where we have a partner association, you must be a member of that partner association.

Many of our partners include membership of GBTA in their own membership packages. If you are a member of a partner association, either check with the association or begin the registration process to view the cost, if any, of GBTA membership. Note, all memberships of partner associations are verified.
