GBTA VDR 2022 - FAQ

Accommodation

Please make sure you book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

We have partnered with the Brussels Booking Desk, a local support of the Brussels’ Hotel Community and Visit Brussels.

Delegates can book directly at one of the hotels within walking distance of the Square Convention Centre

Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and availability secured.

As always, rooms are allocated on a first come, first served principle.

Badges and Credentials

Attendees and Exhibitors can pick up badges and credentials onsite at the GBTA Registration desk. Badges and credentials can only be picked up by the registered attendee. Registration will open on 8 November in Brussels.

The health and safety of our employees and attendees is a priority. The venue, service providers and GBTA will work together to take reasonable precautions to follow any ECDC or local government guidelines for health and safety at events.

Corporate Travel Team Programme
The Corporate Travel Team Programme was introduced in 2015 to help companies like yours bring more members of your global travel buyer team to GBTA Conference 2022 - Brussels in Partnership with VDR.

Credit Cards & ATMs

Credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club are widely accepted. At ATM machines all over Brussels,  money can be withdrawn using debit and credit cards.

The Education Programme is based on a robust and consultative process that involves a call for proposals; review by industry subject matter experts and final selection by a special Peer Review Group. The call for proposals is now open.

Go Running Tours

GBTA and Go Running Tours are delighted to invite you to join a free morning  running tour in Brussels starting directly from the Square - Brussels Convention Centre on Wednesday 9 November 2022 at 6.30am.
GBTA delegates can feel Brussels waking up while you run at a leisurely pace (6.00 min/km) and stop along the way, so there is plenty of opportunity to network and take in the local area. Details coming soon to register directly with Go Running Tours

My Conference Planner

Using advanced planning tools, attendees can plan their Conference experience by creating a schedule of exhibitors they’ll visit on the Expo floor to education and events they will attend. In addition, attendees can make confirmed appointments with exhibitors. This customized online schedule can be synched to Outlook calendars and the Mobile App.
